Flowing Springs Park located in Ranson, WV is the site of the first project for the newly formed Eastern Panhandle Chapter of WV CommuniTree. A Board has been formed and is currently working with city and state officials to assist in designing a low maintenance, natural park with trails. The goal for the CommuniTree group is to protect the water source, provide screening and install buffers. It is anticipated that a fall 2009 event will be held for the public.
