WV Schools for the Deaf & Blind and the City of Romney hosted the second Potomac Valley Project CommuniTree event on May 2, 2009. Urban landscape trees were planted on the upper portion of the campus and a riparian buffer was planted along Big Run which flows thru the lower section of the facility. The City of Romney celebrated Arbor Day in a big way!
