The Capitol Conservation District held a successful high tunnel workshop Sept. 20 and 21 at Camp Virgil Tate 4-H Camp in Kanawha County.

There were demonstrations on hoop construction, plastic installation, soil health, production and more.

The workshop also leaves Camp Virgil Tate with a permanent high tunnel for growing produce.
